A True CXO Collaboration on the Transformational Power of Health IT

The impact of IT on Healthcare should be a top priority for all executives, not just those in IT. Population Management, ACOs, Performance-Based Pay, Patient Engagement, Data-Driven Insights, Home Health… these paradigm shifts are being enabled by IT and impact the entire business.

With collaboration between IT and non-IT executives crucial to the success of an organization, the curriculum at the April 21-23 HTRAC Council Meeting is designed to engage IT and non-IT executives on the strategic implications IT is having on their business, with key areas of focus including:

  • Transformation – How is IT transforming the Healthcare industry and how will it impact on your business?
  • Data – How do we store & structure it to facilitate information sharing and interoperability?
  • Informatics – How can we create knowledge from our data for decision support?
  • Security – How do we ensure data integrity and minimize breaches?
  • Mobility – How can we use mHealth and TeleMedicine to improve care?
  • ACOs – What is the role IT plays in our move to ACOs and performance-based pay?
  • Population Management – How can IT, Collaboration and Information Sharing support this?

At this April 2013 HTRAC Council Meeting, CXO leaders from around the globe will convene to engage in a series of 100% interactive sessions where every participant – from speakers to attendees – will play an active role in collaborating with peers to discuss common challenges and solutions to these important questions.  Through roundtable discussions, think-thanks, CXO exchanges and focused networking, the HTRAC meeting is the premiere meeting for executive-level Health IT Collaboration.
